Christ University is a deemed private university established in 1969. It was established as Christ College and undertook many initiatives in education with introduction of modern curriculum and academic discipline. In 1956, it was declared Deemed to Be University by HRD of Government of India. The university offer programs from bachelors to doctoral, in Humanities, Social Sciences, Science, Commerce, Management, engineering, Education and Law. CU also publishes research journal and has published more than 300 books in Kannada and English.

Christ University is a deemed private university. It is the first indigenous Syrian Catholic religious congregation in India. The University is specifically known for its undergraduate courses and has ranked among the top ten for UG courses in surveys done by the India Today group. Every year, more than 16000 students enroll in various UG and PG programs offered at Christ University. The candidate should print and also sign the application prior to submitting it to the university office for further consideration.
He/she is advised in taking a copy of the form, especially for further reference as well as producing the same during the selection process.
The candidate must submit/send the form and the essential supporting documents through an envelope of A4 size and mention the program type enrolled for together with the mobile number.
If the candidate meets every specified eligibility criteria, then he/she will be called for a GD (Group Discussion) and MP (Micro Presentation).
When the candidate cracks the round of GD/MP they will be informed to sit for the WA (Written Assessment), VA (Verbal Assessment) and PI (Personal Interview) after clearing which he/she will be called upon for the final counseling.
