BBA Hons. Is an Under Graduate course in the domain of business and administration that is pursued by candidates after completion of their 10+2 level or equivalent education? It is a three year UG course which is divided into six semesters. Each year of study comprises of two semesters. Founded in 1969 as Christ College, CU is administered by Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). CMI is a Catholic indigenous congregation founded in 1831 by St. Kuriakose Elias Chavara. In 2008, UGC declared it as a ‘Deemed to be college. Currently, the college comprises 29 academic departments.
CU is a deemed private college. It is the first indigenous Syrian Catholic religious congregation in India. Every year, more than 16000 students enroll in various UG and PG programs offered at admittance. Admittance to the courses is based on the entrance exam conducted by the college except for MBA.
