Carmelite Sisters of St. Teresa (CSST) was founded on April 24, 1887 by Mother Teresa of St. Rose of Lima in the town of Ernakulam in Kerala.
As a Catholic and a Carmelite Institute, it tries to promote the holistic development of young people based on the integral vision of the human person, of life, and of the world. Attendance
Each semester shall be taken as a unit for the purpose of calculating attendance. A student shall be considered to have satisfied the requirement of attendance for the semester, if she has a minimum of 75% attendance in each of the subjects, failing which the student will not be allowed to take up the End Semester Examination.
Dress Code
The students are expected to conform to the dress code specified by the college management. Students will carry their Identity Cards at all times.

Eligibility Criteria
Students who have completed two years of Pre-University Course of Karnataka or equivalent thereto are eligible to seek admission to B.Com Degree Course. Students must have done at least two of the commerce subjects.
Duration of the Course – The course of study for the B.Com degree shall extend over a period of three academic years consisting of six semesters.
Medium of Instruction – The medium of Instruction and Examination shall be in English. The department offers Dual Specialization.
Credit Course – Every student is required to take up credit courses as prescribed by the college.
BCOM Tourism and Travel Management (BMTT)

B Com Tourism and Travel students have to wear a Blazer every day and must be in there formal uniform for all formal occasions and whenever they represent the college.
