Christ University is a deemed private College. It is the first indigenous Syrian Catholic religious congregation in India.

The College is specifically known for its undergraduate courses and has ranked among the top ten for UG courses in surveys done by the India Today group.

Christ University Engineering in BTECH, MTECH

College offers 4-years full-time program in B.Tech. and two years of full-time programs in M.Tech. There are seven different specializations for B.Tech.

College offers two years of full-time B.Ed. Program. Selection of students for the program will be based on Skill Assessment, which will consist of a test of written skills, communication skills, and logical reasoning, followed by a personal interview round. Eligibility:

Minimum eligibility for applying/admission in all courses is you have to Pass in class 12 (10+2) from any recognized board of education school.

Selection for the programmed will be based on the performance in class XII of the academic year.

  • CU conducts its separate entrance examination (CUET) to provide admission in various courses.
  • Candidates can download their admit cards online mode. The examination will be held in 120 minutes time duration.

CU instills a set of responsibility in a human being and trains them to become better individuals.

CU is no doubt rigorous from day more things which students may not like such as shaving every day and so many assignments which is why they may find it taxing but also then CU says that it is the way how to the world will work once you are out in the job market .

Also male students are expected to dress up in western formals I.e. Shirt and trousers and female students in kurti and patiyala .

So CU may be again a bit more taxing for the Christian students especially if you are Catholic as it may then become compulsory for you to attend the mass on Saturday after college.
