Christ University was an Autonomous institution since 2005. The College was reaccredited with an A+ by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) for quality education in 2005. Christ University was established on July 15, 1969 as Chriist College under Bangalore University is a UGC recognized deemed Private university in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The first indigenous Syrian Catholic religious congregation in India.
The College was recognized by the University Grants Commission of India, (UGC) on 17 June 1972. It was accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), a UGC-funded body, in 1998 and reaccredited in 2005.

Application Process
Application forms is available from December 8, 2018 and it’s open until 31-May-‘2024’. Candidates are required to choose the preferred date and time from available options to facilitate smooth admission process.
All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification during the admission process. An undertaking for pending original documents unavailable currently [applicable only for candidates writing / passing their exam in March – June ‘2024’], must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. These documents must be submitted on or before July 15, ‘2024’.

The Bachelor of Commerce fresher can start his career in areas like Banking– Retail / personal banking, Corporate banking, Merchant banking, Treasury group, rural banking, Product management, Loans executive Insurance– Insurance and Risk management, Insurance surveyor, Insurance surveyor, Insurance agent Accounts– Chartered Accountant, Cost and Work Accountant, Certified Financial Analyst, Certified financial planner.
