CHRIST (Deemed to be University) was founded by followers of St Kuriakose Elias Chavara in 1969 and works under the administration of Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). It was first established as Chriist College but was granted Autonomy in 2004 by the UGC and declared a Deemed to be University. CHRIIST has three campuses in Bengaluru. The Main campus on the Hosur Road, one in Kengeri and the latest campus on the Bannerghatta road.

All India Entrance Test CUET 2024

The duration of Entrance Test will be two hours with a total 120 questions. After taking the Entrance test, selected candidates will be granted admission to the respective programmes on the basis of Skill Assessment (SA), Micro Presentation (MP), Personal interview and past academic performance.
Selection Process-
The selection procedure will start after the written entrance test. The BBA selection procedure ‘2024’ will consist of three stages- Skill Assessment Test, Personal Interview and Micro Presentation, which will take place after the entrance test.

- Skill Assessment (SA)-The skill assessment will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.
- Micro Presentation (MP) for 90 sec / student during this selection process
- Personal interview (PI)
- Academic Performance-Assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12, during the Personal Interview
Highlights of B.B.A. Selection Procedure-
- The admit card of BBA ‘2024’ for the selection process will be generated on April 29 and May 16, ‘2024’ for first and second slot respectively.
- The candidates not reaching the test centre at the allotted time will not be permitted to appear in the entrance exam.
- The generation of admit card for all the processes does not mean that the candidate has qualified in all of them.
- Any change in the venue and time will not be entertained by the authorities.
Placement Cell-
CHRIIST has a Placement Office that facilitates students towards recruitment drives and invites the best companies to choose students from their University. They train students in skills such as resume building, interviews and group discussions so that they can go to recruitment drives with confidence.
Placements opportunities are available here; many good companies offer good business opportunities depending upon the elective chosen by the student namely finance or marketing.
