Academic Cell in the College

EUNOIA: The editorial board of SCMS, aims to inspire beautiful thinking, and use the power of words to bring together diverse ideas and thoughts.
Fest Board: Responsible for training students for the outstation management fests constructed on the concept of peer to peer learning. In order to bridge the gap between the students who have been to fests in the past and interested students and to make them competent for the same, along with a fully Transparent Mechanism of selecting contingents and for the fests, the Academic Cell has introduced the Fest Board.
Academic Cell Is Responsible For Conducting The Intra Management Fest Of The College: Conoscenza having a participation of more than 100 students and an organizing committee of more than 30 students in various event and non-event departments.
The cell is responsible for the following activities:
- Library Portal Registrations
- Sending students for outstation management fests and summits
- Preparing an online portal for the past question paper database
- Preparing an online portal for the subject notes
- Solving any academic gap possible

About the College Journal

The Annual Research Journal of SCMS started in the year 2013 is published by Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies affiliated to Symbiosis International (Deemed) University. The journal seeks to publish original research articles in the form of conceptual papers, theoretical and empirical research with clear theoretical backgrounds, case-studies across the different disciplines/domains of management. Besides this, position papers, review papers/term papers, working papers mentioning clearly the research gaps in the respective fields are also encouraged. Some of the subthemes could follow, but the papers may not be limited to the above sub-themes. Innovative contributions that do not fit into the above areas but fall under the related functional areas of management, could also be considered as they may benefit the researching community at large.
The Journal adheres to the double-blind reviewing policy in which the identity of both the reviewer and author are concealed from each other. The submitted manuscripts will be assessed by reviewers with domain knowledge of the submission’s main research area, and by at least one reviewer who comes from a discipline outside the author’s own field. All manuscripts are assessed initially by the Editors and only those papers will be sent for outside review that meet the methodological and editorial standards of the journal and fit within the aims and scope of the journal.
